Sun: 10am-5pm
Holiday Hour:
Our Spa will be closed on New Year Day, Easter Day, Independent Day, Thanks
Giving Day and Christmas Day.
Check in
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. We
invite you to enjoy a complementary beverage prior to your service.
Late Arrivals
if you are late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced in
order to finish your service on time, so the next scheduled guest is not
inconvenienced. The service fee will remain the same.
Cancellation Policy
We hope that you do not have to cancel, but, in the event that you do, please
notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your
appointment. For spa packages or three or more spa services, we require 48 hours
notification of cancellation.
Children
Ensure our relaxing-serene environment and safety for your little darlings
(under 12) are welcome only when they are receiving treatments.
Spa environment
Allure Spa provide a healthy and sanitary environment for all guests by
upholding a No-Pets and No-Smoking policy. Clients often find a peaceful escape
at Allure Spa. Please limit use of cell phones and pagers in the spa areas.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when making
an appointment. Special discount
promotion does not apply to any packages (because the discount has already been
built in), nor can it be combined with other promotions, programs, etc... Hopefully this will give you that
extra incentive to set your spa appointments well in advance!
The referral Program
For each friends or family members you refer that receive a service from My
Allure Spa you will be mailed a $5 Spa credit thank you card. Your friend
or family member will also receive $5 off at their first visit when present
completed referral card (filled with your name & their name)
The V.I.P Program
When you purchase any 10 services you will
get another 2 services for FREE to complete a year of beauty for you.
The Gold Member Program
Only $20 a year to be a Gold member, you
can save 10% of any service or product each time you visit for entirely whole
year
Rebooking
Bonus
As you know, many of our services produce the best results when they are
received regularly. To encourage you to come back on a regular schedule, we'll
give you 20 points when you re-book with us the same day of your existing
appointment. (Earn 300 points you’ll
get $10 off for your next spa treatment)
Returns
Returns will be honored up to 7 days from date of purchase. Simply bring
in your receipt and we will issue a store credit toward future
services, product, or gift certificate purchase. Makeup sales, Custom scented
bath and body care are not eligible for return.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion! Gift certificates
expire 180 days from date of purchase. Gift Certificates can be purchased

All gift certificate sales are FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS.
Payment
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and checks (with
ID) for all services rendered.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the service price.
Service Contradiction
We retain the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be under the
influence of alcohol or other substances.
Sexual advances, comments or innuendoes toward our staff will result in
immediate termination of treatments.

SPA GUIDES
Health and Pregnancy Considerations
It is imperative that you disclose any health problems to your therapist before
your service begins.
Persons using topical prescriptions such as but not limited to: Retin-A, Renova,
or Accutane CANNOT be waxed and CANNOT receive any type of Glycolic treatments.
As always, please obtain permission from your physician before scheduling any
services
If you have high blood pressure, allergies or any other physical ailments or
disabilities, or if you are pregnant, please make sure to notify our Staff when
making the appointment and before your treatment.
Should you experience any discomfort during your treatment, please alert your
therapist immediately.
Shaving before treatments
It is not recommend that you shave before a body treatment, facial or pedicure,
but if you choose to shave, we suggest you do it at least 24 hours before your
appointment.
Valuables
We suggest that you please leave your valuables at home. Many of our treatments
require removal of jewelry, and we regret that we cannot be responsible for loss
or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories, or for
misplaced items.
What to wear for a massage
You will be asked to undress in private, use our disposable spa apparel and
drape yourself with a sheet provided by the therapist. Most massage therapists
prefer that the client be free of all restrictive clothing and jewelry; however,
your comfort is of the utmost importance, and boundaries set by you are
respected at all times. You will be fully draped at all times during the
massage; the therapist will uncover only that part of your body being massage,
insuring that your modesty is respected at all times. If you are having multiple
treatments, as in a Full Day Indulgence, a robe and slippers will be provided
for your comfort.
